I’m filling out a form for a Student Ambassador interview and even though I don’t think I’m a loser, I’m not sure of what to say.
Could somebody give me like an example of what to write. That would help spark an idea.
What makes you who you are? Why would you be good at this.
I have an assignment, and it says:
You’ve been selected to write an article for a new teen health magazine. You explanation must focus on how healthy choices affect the health of teens.
-Explain the factors of healthy living.
-Describe how a healthy lifestyle impacts the teen body .
I need some ideas for factors of healthy living, and how a healthy lifestyle impacts the teen body.
thanks. (:
some to think about:
good diet
reasonable exercise
enjoyable social life
supportive friends and family
that’s it!
I write a lot of poems and I want people to see them.
I have 200+ people wanting a book of poems from me.
Can you compile poems into a book and sell them without going through a publishing agency? Is there anyway to do that yourself?
Please give me all your feedback, advice, and links to websites if helpul. thank you
how long does it take to self publish?
There are definately ways to self-publish. Right now I can’t find it… but Reader’s Digest has some websites that people can self publish. If you want an internet book, then you could check out www.worthyofpublishing.com its cool. You can advertise later on that your book is for sale in bookstores and such on the site. So your poem fans can read them online and then buy the book.
Good luck!
someone related to me in their 30’s, always chooses women that want to hurt him… it’s getting very boring, and it never works.
Many thanks.

I have a low self esteem which I want to work on improving. How do you block out the negative things people say about you.
When someone says something negative to you, turn it around in a positive. Like if someone says,"Ooh, your shoes are so ugly." Turn around and say, "That’s fine but they’re Coach and cost $200 more than yours." Or you could say, "I didn’t buy them for you to like, that’s why they’re on my feet." Be nice but smart at the same time. You don’t have to curse someone out for them to feel stupid. Think of it as they are looking for ways to build their self-esteem because of how insecure they are with themselves, that’s why they look for ways to put others down. Have a sense of pride within yourself, say that you’re beautiful and no one is the judge of that but yourself! Good Luck
I am looking for a good self help book that will help me become optimistic instead of pessimistic.
Should I read something like, Learned Optimism: How to change your mind and your life, by Martin Seligman?
I found this and it sounds (honestly) very positive to me:
Personally, I am inspired by Alinis Morissette and her music…

Awakening to the power to co-create our lives and shape our collective future
This Fall, join 14 of the world’s leading female spiritual luminaries, thinkers and agents of change for an unprecedented conversation.
"Something amazing is happening for us as women. As one of the first generations liberated from the tasks of mere survival, we now have the freedom, the credentials, the resources and the interest to turn our attention toward the full transformation of ourselves and our world.
Never before have we as a global group of women been holding so much potential, or so much power, to shape our collective future….
Yet, what is the pathway to awakening the fullness of our authentic power as women?
Where should we give our energy and attention in order to make our greatest contribution?
And how might we work together and support each other in this process?
We invite you to join our global community of women as we come together to engage the most important questions of our time.
Participation Is Free. There is no cost to participate in this live, interactive event. Thanks to our generous sponsors and to all the visionary women who have volunteered their time and wisdom, we are able to offer this event for free to the public.

I know I’m joining in!
What was it for and how were you treated/healed?
No - but I get all my medical advice from 2 - Dr. Mercola and Dr. Douglass.
I have been to a holistic dentist and will be having all my mercury fillings removed - only 7 grand!
1 Timothy 2
11 A woman must quietly receive instruction with entire submissiveness.
12 But I do not allow a woman to teach or exercise authority over a man, but to remain quiet at all times.
13 For it was Adam who was first created, and then Eve.
14 And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.
15 But women will be preserved through the bearing of children if they continue in faith and love and sanctity with self-restraint.
How is simply stating a verse taking it out of context?
By ignoring it and only follow the good things.
If every Christian did everything in the Bible then we would be set back 2000 years.
I have been looking for books about healthy living. I’m trying to find ones that give testament to an organic lifestyle. One that includes no processed foods, sugars, and other things that are bad for you. All I can find are books for eating healthy to cure diseases. I don’t currently have cancer or another disease, I just want to transition to a healthier lifestyle.
Does anyone know of any books like this. I would really appreciate it.
