Research is still in the early stages, but there is a growing body of scientific evidence that the following nutritional supplements may be helpful in prevention or early stage treatment of Alzheimer’s and/or cognitive decline:
1) Lipoic Acid
2) Acetyl-L-Carnitine
3) Vitamin E (use natural forms, not synthetic)
4) DHA (omega-3 essential fatty acids as found in fish oils)
5) Curcurmin (turmeric)
6) NAC - N-Acetyl-Cysteine
7) Vitamin C.
Here are a variety of scientific papers that support these nutrients and their potential role in Alzheimer’s Disease:

Best wishes and good luck.
p.s. There are a lot more scientific papers on these issues, but YA!s only lets me list 10 links in an answer.
p.p.s. I find it annoying that so many pseudo-intellectuals on this site routinely state that nutritional interventions have no scientific support. If you go to Pubmed (this is the Library of Medicine’s search engine that gives anyone access to the world’s medical research literature and enter "Alzheimer’s Antioxidants" you will find 2426 scientific papers listed. Obviously, the "nay sayers" either can’t read or don’t read the research.
