Am I living a healthy life or do things in my life need changing?

I drink 6 tablespoons of nescafe a day at the same time as smoking cigarette as I smoke about 30-40 cigarettes a day, I drink about 1 glass of water every 3 days, I never go outside in my back garden, I get up as soon as it gets dark and goes to bed as soon as daylight arise and I take 14 vitamin pills a day. I eat 5 times a day.
Am I living a healthy or an unhealthy life?

Wake up at 7 or 8 am

You already know you aren’t living healthy you really don’t need anyone else telling you that heh…
a fix to this would be lowering the amount you smoke( I quit smoking myself, and as much as i hate it now, I Cant tell you to quit it, just decrease the amount you smoke a day) what i would suggest.. that 30-40 cigarettes should be changed instantly man.. thats just overkill… how about like 3 cigarettes a day and you decide when is the best time to smoke them, i know im asking for the impossible, but trust me its for your own good.
Well you need to drink a lot of water man it cleanse up your kidneys, also go for a jog daily that will help you drink water, and when i mean jog i mean dont have to even jog/run just walk … walking is just as good as jogging it helps relax your body, and once you work out your body your brain will be refreshed.
And about the sleep time… well i play online games a lot so i know how ya feel sometimes i end up playing till 8am and sleeping and waking up at around 4pm, i remember i did that for like 5 weeks continuously and i got stuck with it, i couldnt go to sleep anymore no matter how hard i tried, the best fix for this is to stay up all the way till 9-10pm and then laying in bed, sooner or later you will pass out and sleep before midnight, and end up waking up earlier, keep doing this till you fix your bed time.
dont think vitamin pills are bad but dont over chug em.. just eat healthy veggies, and fruits. I only eat like 2-3 meals a day, so i dont have any tips on that.
