what titles do you suggest for self improvement? teaching about happiness and dealing with stress? i’m looking for a book similar to Tuesdays With Morrie by Mitch Albom. thanks in advance for your answers!
The Daodejing by LaoTze. Not very much like Tuesdays with Morrie, but very inspirational and balancing.

I really like empowerment books. So my favourite book is The Bonds That Make Us Free - a book about communication between the people you love. Getting the book’s message - you’re not as much a victim as you think - really can profoundly improve your relationships.
And When I Loved Myself Enough is a fantastic small book about one woman’s wisdom and self-love. This is truly an inspirational book.
Choose wisely, eh!

Hello!
Your questions are common ones in today’s busy world. My name is Merna and I am a Life Coach with AskMarsVenus.com and the author of a positive self-talk workbook.
Change starts inside of you and you have taken this wonderful first step into researching what you need. John Gray has a book called How to get what you want and want what you have. This book is about the relationship with our self. This relationship with self is the most powerful and necessary one in each of our lives.
I wish you the best on this journey! Good for you!
Merna Throne
