Dr Whiting on Healthy Living Made Easy

Posted by admin on Aug 9, 2009 under Healthy Living

Healthy living is something everyone wants. We all want to be free of the chronic diseases such as candida, fibromyalgia, heart disease, diabetes, excess stress, complications of menopause, digestive problems, prostate issues, thyroid problems, poor memory and the ravages of arthritis. In Healthy Living you learn the three most important concepts to health and longevity. First is diet. Diet not only covers special eating for weight loss but also learning to eat well. Identifying dangerous foods in the diet and reducing or eliminating them is essential. Learning to consume and healthy diet and avoid dangerous foods is not that difficult. The number of dangerous foods is really not that many and include high sugar and starchy foods consumed to excess. By eliminating just a few foods you can greatly reduce your chances of developing such chronic conditions as candida, fibromyalgia, heart disease, diabetes, excess stress, complications of menopause, digestive problems, prostate issues, thyroid problems, poor memory and the ravages of arthritis because each of these condition is the result of poor living habits. Exercise is the next of the three health wonders. The human body was meant to move. Many of the chronic conditions we worry about today such as candida, fibromyalgia, heart disease, diabetes, excess stress, complications of menopause, digestive problems, prostate issues, thyroid problems, poor memory and the ravages of arthritis. It may be surprising, but all of these chronic conditions and many others, can be made much worse through inactivity. Exercise decreases and helps to eliminate toxins from the body. Excess toxins are produced by all these chronic conditions such as candida, fibromyalgia, heart disease, diabetes, excess stress, complications of menopause, digestive problems, prostate issues, thyroid problems, poor memory and arthritis. As the disease produces more and more toxins, the toxins further break down the internal environment of the body. The last of the big three health tools is the use of dietary supplements. Vitamin/mineral formulas, especially in liquid form, for better absorption, can greatly reduce, prevent and even eliminate many of the chronic conditions we see today. Candida, fibromyalgia, heart disease, diabetes, excess stress, complications of menopause, digestive problems, prostate issues, thyroid problems, poor memory and the ravages of arthritis have all been linked to key nutrient deficiencies in the body for months or even years of time. Since these chronic diseases cannot be contracted from others, their cause must be a breakdown of the internal chemistry of the body. Taking dietary supplements that provide all the full spectrum of nutrients need by the body, ensures that the chemistry of the body is in constant balance. Here at our Institute, we have developed many key targeted nutrient formulas, designed to prevent and help the body to reverse disease. Supplements to prevent and reverse chronic disease are not new, but science has been able to discover the right ratios and potencies to do the best job. If you are suffering from a chronic disorder such as candida, fibromyalgia, heart disease, diabetes, excess stress, complications of menopause, digestive problems, prostate issues, thyroid problems, poor memory arthritis, consider contacting our offices at askthedoc(at)healthyinformation.com We have developed many targeted supplements to help prevent and reverse diseases. Remember that only the body can heal, but it can heal only when it has the right raw materials it needs to do the job of keeping you well.

Health Demon - Healthy living in times of Nano Tech — LOLOL

Posted by admin on Aug 1, 2009 under Healthy Living

health demon..system. the health demon system. Ok, I am a system of health that has been created by human beings in this world who are health freaks. Uhm I have to eat healthy, this world does not make healthy food, I must eat organic food uhm. Apparently if you eat healthy you re more nourished and nutritionalised. And uhm, ok, so, can I tell you one thing human beings? I suppose everyone has heard about this nano-technology? Where do you think they ve put in this nano-technology? In health foods! Why? Because the government know that most people eat healthy foods, because apparently all the other food is , so what is the best way to get to people, you put the inside what they think is safe. So, nano technology is in health foods, uhm, health, diet pills and things like that, where they take pills like vitamin C and things like that, its usually most of the time when they put it in because they re able to crush the nano-technology stuff. They crush it with the actual pills, ok, they crush it with. Then when the person drinks the pill, inside their human physical body there is a substance that manifests and scrunches and it, god dont ask me how that s all mixed up I dont know it I just know how it works, and in the body it formulates and compacts the nano-technology bytes and it forms nano-technology. So in other words, vitamin C pills are nano-technology formation pills. Uhm, healthy foods contain within them the formation of nano technology so in other words, human beings are actually consuming nano technology all the time you just dont know it. It is to be activated soon for reasons or purposes of governmental control. Killing people when they need to basically. So basically this technology works on frequency waves that is spread unto towers, why do you think you have cell phone towers in your world people? They re not.. ok I wont get there. So, then you have your cell phone towers in all the world that is beautifully placed there already, accepted by society of course necessary, for cell phones! Really? Are they really? And then what happens is frequency waves is able to spread thru specific human beings and kill them. Each nano technology consumption has a specific signature, can you believe it. Tracing information of the human physical biology they re working with it from the perspective of seeing if they can get information from human beings by using nano technology inside the human beings brain. Experimenting with human beings right under their noses and they ve been doing it for quite some time.

Sure, obesity is a problem in this country, but when you think fat, you probably don’t think Miami. So you may be surprised to find Men’s Fitness magazine ranks Miami as the nation’s fattest city in its annual survey. The fittest? Salt Lake City.

So what about the South Beach Diet… and all those buff bodies you always see in the ocean-side metropolis? Even though Miami has a high number of health-food stores per capita, Men’s Fitness found it also has nearly three times the fast-food restaurants as the average city. And while there are 79 percent more gyms and health clubs than average, residents are less likely to regularly use their memberships. Not many residents take advantage of outdoor activities, either.

On the other end of the spectrum… Salt Lake City got top marks for being the fittest city because of its abundance of park space, athletically motivated residents, and below- average obesity rates. It ranks highest in the survey in the number of people who take part in activities like beach volleyball, racquetball, aerobics, hiking, basketball, yoga, tai chi, swimming, cycling, running, and kickboxing.

As for the rest of the country, here are the top 25 fittest and fattest cities according to Men’s Fitness:
